This page is to warn businesses or anybody looking to do business with this individual. Daniel Mcdonald rented a Sony a7rV and Sony 24-70mm f2.8 package on 9/7/25. We took a small deposit as he told us he was a local business owner of a car rental company, North Miami Camera Rental LLC. He said he would be returning the equipment the following day. After trying to reach him about returning the camera, he texted that the camera had been stolen and was "working with the cops to recover it". After telling us that the camera had been stolen during a photo shoot, he took responsibility and said he would be covering the loss, sending a Zelle payment. The payment was never sent and has been unreachable ever since. A few days later we got a call from him on another number we use to advertise in West Palm Beach, not knowing it was the same business, he asked about renting a Sony package and what was the deposit amount for the rental. When we told him it was the same business where he rented the Sony package that he got stolen, he hung up and refused to return any calls. We are currently in the process of filing a small claims case against him.
